Before you arrive for your first visit please fill out the New Patient Forms online. If you are unable to do this prior to your first appointment please arrive 30 minutes before your appointment time to fill them out in our office.
Dr. Licata will perform a thorough examination of your teeth and gums. This includes any necessary X-rays to get a complete view of your oral health.
